Design Intern at ANTI

Curious about how strong brands are built? As a Design Intern at ANTI, you’ll work on real projects, learn from people who know their craft, and become part of a creative environment that questions conventions.

Internship · OSLO

About the role

You’ll get hands-on experience from day one, working alongside talented people on both emerging and established brands. We don’t expect you to know everything yet — what matters most is that you’re curious, engaged, and eager to learn.

Our studio is based in Oslo, and we’d like you to work with us here. We believe the best learning happens when you're part of the everyday conversations, collaborations, and spontaneous moments that shape the work.

P.S: We’re looking for students who are still studying and nearing the end of their degree. If you've already graduated, keep an eye on our other opportunities.

The timing and duration of the internship depend on your study programme and institution. Most internships last up to three months.

You are

  • Curious, open-minded, and willing to try things you haven’t done before

  • A team player — sharp elbows aren’t really our thing

  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, and maybe a few other tools too. People at ANTI work with everything from Glyph and Figma to Cinema 4D and creative coding. We care more about talent and curiosity than any specific discipline.

What we offer

You’ll become part of an ambitious and dedicated team that genuinely enjoys spending time together. You'll get exposure to a wide range of disciplines because strategy, design, advertising, TV, and podcast production all live under the same roof.

We’ll give you real responsibility, while staying hands-on and supporting you throughout the internship.

And yes, the lunch is ridiculously good.

The internship is paid — as it should be.

Apply

Send us your application using the button below, and don’t forget to include your portfolio. We don’t review applications without one.

We review applications on an ongoing basis and will invite selected candidates for an informal chat — ideally over a coffee while looking through some of your work and getting to know you a bit better.

We receive a lot of applications, which we're genuinely grateful for. Due to the volume, we're unfortunately not able to offer individual feedback or portfolio reviews – but we read everything and will reach out if we think there's a good match.

Thanks for considering us – we're rooting for you!
